Hmmmm! Wonder who made our small membership roster available to 'for profit' business interests? It didn't happen all by itself and that's a big "no-no". National does not allow any member information to be sold, given or otherwise shared. I e-mailed a complaint to National and got a response right away. They are sending a 'cease & desist' letter to the business who sent the junk mail. If you are getting any targeted Alpha Sigma Alpha junk mail or spam, let National know.
Would LOVE to hear from our ASA Alumnae Leadership one of these days. ANYTHING at all would be welcomed to figure out if this group is still functioning or basically 'canceled' due to lack of interest or leadership.

Jean Waddell Harris
We are sad to report that Jean Harris died Jan 18, 2009, in Colorado Springs, CO. She lived in Wichita for over 40 years and was active in many organizations including Alpha Chi Omega (Alpha Sigma Alpha) and served as a national officer. Jean graduated from University of Kansas in 1953. She is survived by her husband Dick, three children and five grandchildren.posted by: Claudette
